The Director of Business Development & Alliance Management will work with the MENA Head of Business Development & Alliance Management to assist Hikma in formulating its partner strategy and will ultimately be responsible for executing that strategy as it applies for partners current and prospective. This will involve a formalized approach to the various sources of new product assets and technologies as well as leading the identification, evaluation and diligence for assets and technologies aimed at helping Hikma achieve its strategic objectives in MENA as a partner of choice. In this role, s/he will work closely with the MENA Business Development & Alliance Management transaction team, commercial, regulatory, finance and other key functions. The Director, Business Development & Alliance Management will be located in the USA and will report to the MENA Head of Business Development.

The Assistant Manager of Customer Claims is responsible for customer-centric, efficient and compliant commercial transactions for the Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA business within the Accounts Receivable Finance Department of the Hikma organization.  This role will plan, organize, direct and manage activities ensuring the proper and timely processing of various types of customer claims.  Customer claims include but are not limited to: shipment shortages/errors, pricing errors, expired/returned product, damaged product, price protection credits, promotional credits and service level penalties.  This role also includes communicating and understanding contract agreements and company policies that pertain to claims.  It is the responsibility of the person in this role to ensure the delivery of high quality service to direct customers, indirect customers and our sales force team that exceeds customer expectations and company standards.  This role requires someone who can identify areas of opportunity and be able to initiate action plans to work toward continuous improvement. This role should have a high level working knowledge of the other areas within the Finance department to serve as an additional resource and aid in related company processes.  This position reports to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable.
