  • Overview

    Under the management of the Manager, Contract Operations, this individual will serve an integral member of the Contract Operations team with responsibility for executing and implementing contract language in SAP and Vistex. The Contract Operations team serves as the administrative unit of the Contracts Department.


    • Initiate and maintain contract pricing and rebates within SAP and Vistex.
    • Ensure pricing and rebates are updated in systems by deadline and are communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work with internal and external teams to resolve and respond to inquiries related to pricing and rebates.
    • Support manager in audit functions.
    • Provide ad hoc analytics as requested.


    • Minimum 2 years contract/sales administration experience, preferably in the generic pharmaceutical industry.
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Pharmaceutical environment.
    • Experience supporting the Sales and Marketing organization of a generic pharmaceutical company is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP & Vistex required.
    • Ability to understand and translate contract terms to facilitate implementation into SAP & Vistex.
    • Knowledge of financial processes including chargebacks, rebates and admin fees.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
    • History of self-motivation, sound judgment and excellent interpersonal relations.
